Team Member: Shahnaz Akhtar

l am ShahnazAkhtar having permanent residency in Bahawalpur. I passed Matric from Govt.High School ModalTown A,with distinction. I graduated from Women University bwp, then got masterdegree from Islamia University bwp& then B.ed from IslamiaUniversity Bahawalpur. I stared teaching career from  Cholitan College of education in 1992 ,then joined Alfarooq system of college bwp as a lecturer. I entered in Government secter as a lecturer (contract basis)on 30th October, 1993 atGovt.Degree collegeforwomen, Layyah. After two years transfered to Govt.DegreeCollege Haroonabad, After06 months transfered to Govt. Degree college Liaquatpur in1996 and served as lecturer (adhoc basis)till 2001.I was direct selected by ppcs as Assistant professor (contract basis)& appointed at women Universitybwp in August,2002. I seved on this post  for one year then I was selected on Regular basis as a lecturer by ppsc in August 2003. I took relieve to join the permanent post of lecturer at Govt DegreeCollege UchSharif, bwp.After two years i transferedto Govt. Postgraduate collegeRahimyarkhan and served there from April 19,2005 till April19 ,2017.Then i joined GovtS.E. graduateCollege Bahawalpur as Assistant professor.I was promoted as Associate professor on 27th September 2023& serving here till present.
